Even though summer is technically over, it’s still bright and sunny in California and feels like it hasn’t ended. We got together with our friends over at Seemore Meats and Veggies to make the ultimate hot dog with their La Dolce Beet-a sausage, and our Pure Wakame Seaweed Flakes. Garicky Seaweed Aioli
½ cup mayo
1 tablespoon Organic Seaweed Seasoning
1-2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons oil (olive, avocado, sunflower etc)
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
- Place all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
- Add more seasoning or garlic as needed. If you need to thin the aioli out, add more oil or lemon juice until you get desired consistency.
- Keep in a covered container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
To assemble the hotdog
Cook or grill the sausages as directed. Place in bun and top with a good drizzle of the aioli. We like to add some crunch by including jalapeños, sauerkraut, red onion, crushed potato chips, etc. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy
