Seaweeds contain omega-3 fatty acids and compounds like fucoidan, which has been shown to have anti-oxidative and anti-tumor properties.

Organic seaweed seasoning

We absolutely love the organic seaweed seasoning. It is an excellent product! We put it on everything, from eggs to in our soup! It is good know that what we our consuming is organic and from a reliable source.

Necessary dietary Seasoning

I love this item as I do all your items I have purchased so far! I use it on eggs, avocado toast, salad, soups...anything that I can use it on! I also love all your products. I recently did a deep dive on the benefits of seaweed and found after looking at several reputable sites that it is an essential dietary item for the thyroid, hormones, cognition much more. I am also excited to be supporting women owned businesses! Win-win!!

Triple Love

My goodness, Daybreak is the only “from the sea condiment” that I can use. I love it most in a “tunaless salad,” where it lends a “sea brine” umami to garbanzo beans. I also love it for making “sushi in a jar.” It’s just perfect in all ways.

Seaweed flakes work with everything!

I usually buy the combo paks but the wakame flakes are always in the group. They add zip and umami to everything as a lot or a little. My sourdough bread never tastes as good without these flakes sprinkled in. These make me a better cook without having to do much!
